In this Section you have to do either Exercise 2 or Exercise 3 given in the Practical Manual of this Course, i.e. DECE-2.

It would be useful for you to do both these Practical Exercises. You can then choose the exercise which you feel you have done the best and submit it for evaluation.

The details of these exercises have been described in the Practical Manual. Read each exercise carefully and do the exercise as indicated. The marks for the various components of each exercise have been mentioned in the Manual itself. Incase the total marks for an Exercise are more than 20 in the practical manual, the evaluator will grade the exercise and convert the total marks from 20.

In this Section you are required to do any one Exercise out of Exercise 5, 6 or 7 given in the Practical Manual of this Course, i.e. DECE-2.

It would be useful for you to do both these practical exercises. You can then choose the exercise which you feel you have done the best and submit it for evaluation.

6. As a caregiver, what first aid you would provide in case a child

(क) स्वास्थ्य का स्पैक्ट्रम

2. भारत की ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य वितरण प्रणाली का वर्णन कीजिए।

3. किन्हीं दो स्थूल पोषक तत्वों एवं दो सूक्ष्म पोषक तत्वों के प्रमुख स्रोतों और कार्यो की सूची बनाएं।

4. एक षिषु के लिए एक दिन का संतुलित आहार मेनू सुझाएं। यह भी लिखे कि षिषु दिन के अलग-अलग समय में क्या खायेगा। साथ ही यह भी बताएं कि मेनू में दिए गए प्रत्येक खाद्य पदार्थ से षिषु को कौन-सा पोषक तत्व मिलेगा।

5. (क) गर्भावस्था के दौरान गर्भवती माताओं द्वारा अनुभव किए जाने वाले शारीरिक परिवर्तनों पर प्रकाष डालिए।
(ख) प्रसव के बाद माता के स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण एवं देखभाल के विषय में लिखिए।

(क) स्वास्थ्य बीमारी का स्पैक्ट्रम
(ख) संतुलित आहार
(ग) स्तन पान कराने का महत्व
(घ) वृद्धि अगुवीक्षण

2. समय के साथ स्वास्थ्य की संकल्पना में क्या बदलाव आया है स्पश्ट कीजिए और इसके विभिन्न आयामों का वर्णन कीजिए।

3. (क) शिशु को आहार देने में बाल देखभाल कार्यकर्ता की भूमिका का वर्णन कीजिए।
(ख) बच्चों को स्वास्थ्य व पोषण-संबंधी संदेश देने के लिए जो गतिविधियों आयोजित कर सकते हैं, उनमें से किन्ही दो का वर्णन कीजिए।

4. निम्नलिखित पोषक तत्वों के कोई दो कार्यों और कोई दो खाद्य-स्रोत्रों को सूचीबुद्ध कीजिए।

(क) कार्बोज
(ख) प्रोटीन
(ग) वसा
(घ) विटामिन

5. (क) अल्प या सीमित बीमारी के कोई चार लक्षण बताइए।
(ख) बीमार बच्चे की देखभाल के नियमों की चर्चा कीजिए।

6. एक देखभालकर्ता के नाते, निम्नलिखित मामले में आप बच्चे को क्या प्रथमिक सहायता प्रदान करेंगे ?

(क) बिजली का झटका लगना
(ख) जहरीला पदार्थ निगल लेना
(ग) नीचे गिरना और हाथ की हड़ी टूटना

7. (क) गर्भवती महिला के लिए आहारों की योजना बनाते समय किन पहलुओं को ध्यान में रखना चाहिए ?
(ख) गर्भवती महिला के लिए दोपहर का संतुलित आहार सुझाइए और बताइए कि व्यजन-सूची के प्रत्येक खाद्य-पदार्थ से उसे कौन-कौन से पोषक तत्व मिलेगें?
