Cancellation & Returns

We at believe that CUSTOMER is the KING. Being in the field of imparting knowledge, we consider ourselves a LIGHTHOUSE instead of a BUSINESS HOUSE. Our endeavour and our moral duty are to provide QUALITY MATERIAL to all our customers and ensure their Complete Satisfaction.

The orders placed on our website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, in the rare case, if you feel you are not satisfied with our product or service, you may be allowed to initiate a Return/Refund at the company’s discretion.  However, in such cases, the decision of our Customer Support Team will be final.

The company is in no way responsible for any delay or litigation in the delivery of books/material once dispatched by us.

In case the delivery of the books/material is delayed by the company, the customer has the right to cancel the order before the delivery of the books/material.

Return/Refund Initiate Process

The Return/Refund may be initiated as per the following guidelines:

We will reimburse you within 14 days from the receipt of the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee as a payment gateway charge and a refund processing fee.

Guidelines for Return/Refund Requests

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  2. The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  1. If the Goods were made to your specifications or were clearly personalized and customized.
  2. The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  3. Digital goods like digital assignment PDFs and Study Guides in flipbook / soft copy format.
  4. For Products/Services that you received incomplete (i.e. if questions are left not done without any reference to solution) or wrong solution. Only a partial refund will be given based on the decision of our experts.
  5. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Goods purchased during a sale or any other promotional campaign cannot be refunded.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returns that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Responsibility for Returning Goods

You will be held responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following Address:

We will not be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We will be unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


  1. If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  2. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Cancellation of Orders

  1. For Products/Services that require us to dispatch Courseware/Reference material to you, communication of your confirmed intent to cancel your subscription must reach us before the dispatch of the same.
  2. For Products/Services that only offer online access, communication of your intent to cancel must reach us before your first use of or access to the said Product/Service.

Mode & Time of Refund

  1. If your Cancellation/Refund request satisfies the above terms, the amount (after deduction of all applicable taxes and levies) would be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of Rs.150/- or 10% of the order value, whichever is lower.
  2. A refund amount would be sent to you to any of the accounts provided by you from your registered e-mail id with us. If due to any reason we pay by payable-at-par cheque, it will only be sent to the Address given by you to us at the time of registration for the Product/Service.


If such communication is received by us after the despatch (for products/ services /reference material that requires us to despatch material to you) or if you have accessed any part of the services online (for products /services that only offer online access), no refund would be allowed.

Refund would not be applicable for soft copy or Downloadable Products!

The processing will usually take five working days, and the amount(s) will be refunded within 30 working days after that.
