How to Submit Online Examination form for TEE June, 2023?

If you are a student of TEE or Term-end Examination, there is big news for you. The portal for Online Programmes only is open till 15th January. The schedule of the Term-End Examination has not been announced yet. But, if the sources are to be believed, it will be announced very shortly. Mode of the Examination

The mode of the Examination varies. For the Certificates and Diploma Program, the pattern of the examination will be of Multiple Choice Questions(MCQs) whereas for the Post Graduate(PG) and Graduate(UG) Programmes, the mode of the examination will be of descriptive type.

Essentials for Submission of Exam Form:

  • The minimum time period for appearing in the course(s) has been completed.
  • Required numbers of assignment(s), as applicable for the course(s) filled for appearing in the TEE, have been submitted.
  • Registration for the course(s) is valid and not time-barred.

PRESCRIBED FEE:

  • the prescribed exam fee is Rs. 200/- per course for the students appearing in the Territory of India.
    US$20 per course for the student who are willing to appear in the term-end examination outside the Territory of India.
    If the registration is not found valid, at the time of filling the examination form, or the course or courses for which you are eligible for appearing in the Term-end-Examination are not reflected in the drop-down box, you are requested to approach IOP Support team by email to [email protected] or phone no. 011-29572322.
    How to Submit the Examination Form Online?

(The students will have to fill out the form with utmost care. No correction, change, or deletion will be entertained)

  • Please make sure that the exam form for all the courses for which you are appearing in the exams is to be filled in one instance only.
  • Make payment through Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking.
  • The examination fee once paid, shall neither be refunded nor adjusted in any situation.
  • Once all the sections of the examination form are filled, the summary of the same will be reflected on the screen prior to proceeding for payment. For accurate information, please check the same carefully.
  • For any future reference, take the printout of the acknowledgment.
  • If the payment is deducted, however, no acknowledgment receipt is generated, then in that case, the student is advised to wait for 72 hours to check the status of the Examination form through the search option.
  • You will have to re-submit the examination form if no status appears.
  • In order to make a complaint against the wrongful deduction of payment, you will need to send an email to [email protected] (with cc to [email protected]) with the subject line as “REFUND OF EXCESS EXAM FEE”.

 


IGNOU Grade Card 2023

IGNOU updates the result grade card for all its programs—Bachelor, Master, Diploma, Certificate, etc. The IGNOU Grade Card contains all the important information of IGNOU students, such as:

  • Name of the candidate
  • The Enrollment Number
  • Program Name

  • Marks of the assignment needed
  • Marks of the assignment required
  • Status of the assignments

  • Term-end Practical Marks

Simply put, the Grade Card of IGNOU provides complete information on the academic performance of its students. If you are a student of IGNOU, you must keep the printout of your Grade Card as it will help you in the future.

Important Instructions regarding IGNOU Grade Card

  • This card is not accessible in offline mode. Only online mode is accessible.
  • Students of IGNOU should make sure that they check all the necessary details on the evaluation card.
  • If, according to students, the marks on the grade card is below their expectation, they can get their marks revaluated again.
  • If the marks is what they had expected, they should take the printout of the grade card and preserve it for future use.

IGNOU Result Grade Card

After IGNOU declares result of an examination, it displays the results on the marks’ card. This card is popularly known as “Grade Card.” The marks of theory, assignments, practicals as well as projects get displayed on the grade card.

There is a particular way of declaring a student pass or fail. The university does not write “pass” or “fail” on the grade card. It communicates through status. If your status is “complete” that means you have successfully cleared the examination, whereas an “incomplete” status means you could not clear the examination and hence, you need to reappear in the next examination. Here, it is important to mention that 40% marks is minimum in both Term End Theory examination along with Tutor Marked Assignments for getting pass marks.

Now, it is quite obvious that those students who secure less than 40% in theory examination, have to re-appear in the next examination in order to secure pass marks. Likewise, those students who get less marks in assignments, have to re-submit their assignments.

How to check IGNOU Grade Card Status Online?

The students of IGNOU who appear in the IGNOU examination for the first time, tend to encounter the problem in checking their marks. So, they have one common question: how to check IGNOU Grade Card Status Online?

We have tried to answer this question in few easy steps:

Step 1: Log on to the website of university, i.e., http:// www.ignou.ac.in  either through your mobile or computer.

Step 2: Go to the “Student Support” displayed on the Menu Label at top. Here, you will find “Student Zone.”

Step 3: Click on this link. A new page will be displayed. There you will see menu label “Results” on the top. Click on that section.

Step 4: On this Page, You will get the links to check different results for Term End Exam, Entrance Exam, Revaluation, OPENMAT, On-Demand, Hall Ticket, and Grade Card.

Step 5:  Now, click on the “Ignou Grade card” link.

Step 6: A new page will open up. Here, you can check the grade card for your program. All that you need to do is to enter your enrollment number.

Step 7: Type your Enrollment Number. Now, click on submit button. Your Grade Card will be displayed on the screen in front of you.

Step 8: You can either save this card to the computer or take its print out.

The Next Process Followed by the University

After the declaration of result, the university sends the hard copy of the Grade Card on the address of the student. However, in some cases, it does not get delivered because of some reasons. The undelivered card is sent back to the Headquarters of IGNOU, i.e. Maidan Garhi, Delhi.

Important Information Regarding Facilitative Guidelines

Q. 1 What are the things that need to be taken into consideration while submitting the Practicum file/Internship Report?

Ans.  There are some important things that need to be taken into consideration at the time of submission of the Practicum file/Internship Report. Here are those:

  •  The learners must make it sure that the Supervised Practicum file/ Internship Report submitted by them(at SED, IGNOU HQ) contains the duly authenticated internal assessment marks given by the Academic Counsellor.

If it is not so, the Practical File/Internship Report will not be accepted by SED for external evaluation.

  • Learners may submit the hard copy of the Supervised Practicum File/ Internship Report at SED; they can also submit through online mode(soft copy).

But, here it is important to note that the submission of soft copy through online mode must ONLY done at the “Online Submission Link for Projects/ Dissertation/ Field Work Journals/ Internship Reports” made available at the University website for the purpose.

Supervised practicum files/ Internship Reports sent through email would not be accepted by SED, IGNOU HQ for external evaluation.

 

Q.2 Are Dissertations, Practicum files and Internship Report sent at same place? If not, specify the centre/division.

Ans.  No, Dissertations, Practicum files and Internship Report are not sent at same place. While the supervised Practicum files and Internship Report are needed to be sent at the Student Evaluation Division, or SED at IGNOU HQs for external evaluation, the Dissertation needs to be submitted to the Regional Centre for external evaluation and viva-voce.

 

Q.3 What is the percentage of weightage given by the Academic Counsellor/ Supervisor in the case of Dissertation?

 

Ans. In the case of Dissertation, the internal assessment marks given by the Academic Counsellor/Supervisor at the Study Centre/Programme Study Centre account for 40% weightage.

 

Q.4 Why academic counsellor is required?

Ans. The academic consellor is required to give internal evaluation marks on the practical file/Internship Report/Dissertation Report.

 

Q.5 What is the evaluation process for all the courses? Elucidate.

Ans. The evaluation process for all the courses remains the same. Thus, in the case of Supervised Practicum Courses and internship, the duly authenticated internal assessment marks given by the Academic Counsellor at the Study Centre/Programme Study Centre, contained in the practical file/Internship Report submitted by the learner to the Student Evaluation Division(SED) at IGNOU HQs for external evaluation, account for 50% weightage in the final score of the respective course.

 

Q.6 Is collection of the primary data essential for dissertation?

Ans. For dissertation, collection of primary data is not essential. You may complete the Dissertation using only the secondary data. You need to select a research topic related to conselling and family therapy. In order to complete your Dissertation, you may use the online material available for doing review of literature.

 

Q.7 What is the weightage of summative internal assessment marks in dissertation course?

Ans.The summative internal assessment marks given by the Academic Counsellor/Supervisor carry 40% weightage.

 

Q.8 What is the weightage of viva-voce marks in dissertation course?

Ans. There is 20% weightage for viva-voce marks.

 

Q.9 How does the oral examination hold?

Ans. The oral examination or viva-voce is organised by the Regional Centre, online or offline following all safety guidelines as prescribed by the government.

 

Q.10 What are the things you need to take into consideration while choosing the respondents in supervised practicum courses?

 

Ans. For choosing respondents, you need to first look into your home surroundings. You may conduct the activity through face-to-face interaction, maintaining social distancing and taking other safety measures recommended; including wearing marks, or given the changing times. You can do it by using a digital technology/online mode or telephonic conversation. For example, you may observe a child/family setting through the use of technology.

 


IGNOU Releases TEE Hall Ticket

There is big news for IGNOU Term End Examination students. As the last date to apply online ended on 25th November, 2022 with late fine of Rs. 1100  along with the registration fee of 200, the university today released the TEE Hall Ticket. IGNOU has uploaded IGNOU TEE Admit Card 2022 to the eligible students on its official website, i.e. www.ignou.ac.in. In this way, the university has uploaded the hall ticket for TEE days before the start of the term-end examination. IGNOU has issued TEE Hall Ticket 2022.

The examination will start from 2nd December, 2022 and continue till 9th January, 2023. The Term End exam will be conducted in 2 phases—10 am to 1 pm(first sitting) and 2 pm to 5 pm(second sitting).

 

Candidates can download the admit card from the website of IGNOU as the IGNOU has released the hall ticket of Term-End Examination (TEE) for the December 2022 session. Candidates who have registered for the exam can check and download the IGNOU December Term End Examination 2022 hall ticket from the official website at ignou.ac.in.

If even one point misses, you may have to face big hurdle. Therefore, you need to know properly the steps for online submission of examination form of December, 2022 Term-end TEE Examination.

Given below are some of the important information that are worth knowing for the online submission of examination form:

  • Fill your Exam Form Diligently: You need to fill the exam form with utmost care and accuracy. It is simply because if you miss even a minor thing in the examination form, and thereby you request for amendment, your appeal for any such amendment, not matter how minor it might be, will not be entertained.

 

  • Carefully select your Regional Centre and Exam Centre Code: The second most important step for online submission of examination form is selection of your Regional and Exam centre. Importantly, the Exam Centre is allotted on First Come First Serve Basis. If you are late in submitting the exam/regional centre of your preference, it is most likely that you will not get the centre you prefer.

 

  • Fill the Entire Form in One Attempt: It is important to mention here that the exam form for all the course(s) should be filled in one attempt. If you add course(s) in the next attempt, it can result in the change in exam centre as by the time you request for the exam centre, it might get fully occupied.

 

  • Be Mindful of your Examination Fee: It is important to mention here that the examination fee, once paid, shall neither be refunded, nor adjusted. Hence, you need to be mindful while making payment of your examination fee. You can select the payment gateway (HDFC/ICICI) to make payment using Debit Card/Credit Card and Internet Banking of any bank.

 

  • Contact Registrar Immediately if your Registration is shown as INVALID: If the validity of the registration is shown as INVALID or course(s) for which you are eligible for appearing in the December, 2022 Term-end Examination is/are not shown in the drop-down box, you need to contact the Registrar SRD on email [email protected] or over phone no. 011-29571301

 

  • Check the Summary Carefully to Avoid any Future Consequences: As and when all the parts of the examination form are filled, its summary gets reflected on the screen before the proceeding for payment. You need to check the summary carefully to avoid any future consequences.

Take the print out of the acknowledgement for future references.

  • Status of Submission: Generally, the status of submission of exam form is generated within 72 hours after making the payment. It is important to mention here that the university will not be held responsible, if the status of the submission of exam form shown as Transaction Failed after the last date of submission of exam form is over.

 

You need not wait for the last date for submission of the examination form. Just click on to check the examination form status. In case no status gets displayed, it indicates that you need to re-submit your exam form, along with the prescribed fee, on or before the last date for submission of exam form.
