• Introduction: You should not directly open your topic in this column. Many students make the mistake of writing this column in this clumsy way. The right way is to mention briefly about what prompted you to choose this topic. Why you got tempted to make a project report on this topic? Also, write about the relevance of this topic. Mind, this is your first impression. So, do not lose this opportunity to Impress your Examiner.

• Objective: Defining the objective of your research study in a crystal-clear way is more important than selecting a valid topic. For example, if you select a solitary barren land and there you make a plantation drive, your objective should be able to convey eloquently as to what (big)purpose it is going to serve ten or say twenty years down the line. Plantation alone is not important. What is the use of plantation, if it is not preserved and thereby gets eliminated by wild animals?

• Methodology: This heading should contain Design, Sampling, Tools/Techniques & Processing and Analysing Data. In Design, you should write about your overall plan of actions. Your Sampling heading should mention about how you went for selecting the specific object for study. Likewise, the Tools/Techniques column should cover the information related with the instruments, devices, material or techniques that you chose for the collection of data. In Processing and Analysis Data, you need to write about the techniques that you used in order to process and analyse the data collected.

• Analyses and Findings: Under this heading, you should make a presentation of the data analysed along with their rational interpretations. Your presentation may be numerical or graphical. The main thing is: your examiner should be able to understand the interpretation in one go.

• Suggestions and Actions: Here, you should put on the recommendations/suggestions that you received from the people from time-to-time. This blog should also contain live action of the people associated with this project work.

• Conclusion: As the heading clearly suggests, this section is reserved for the findings of the research conducted. You need to mention here the insights that you have gained through this research conducted and how the findings of this research can prove to be of some help for the future generation/research.
