IGNOU MS-100 (OM) Project – Application of Six-Sigma in Dabur Pharma Ltd.

Operations is often defined as a transformation process in which the inputs (such as material, machines, labour, management and capital) are transformed into outputs (goods and services). Requirements and feedbacks from customers are used to adjust factors in the transformation process, which may in turn alter inputs. The pharmaceutical industry is one to implement a quality management procedure like Six-Sigma. In this industry, there is a great need for productivity and efficiency.
