Human beings are social beings and hardly ever live and work in isolation. They always plan, develop and manage their relations both consciously and unconsciously. The relations are the outcome of their actions and depend to a great extent upon their ability to manage our actions.  From childhood each and every individual acquires knowledge and experience on understanding others and how to behave in each and every situation in life.

Objectives

• The present study is undertaken with the following objectives:
• To examine the human resource management practices towards recruitment, selection, training and development in SAIL, New Delhi.
• To study the employees’ satisfaction with human resource management
• To offer suggestions for the quality of human resources management practices in SAIL, New Delhi.
