IGNOU MESP-85 Project – Job Satisfaction and Mental Health Among Government School Teachers

In the process of education there are two necessary components always present one is teacher and other is student. These are two poles of teaching learning process. According to Adam ‘teacher’s matured personality work in such a way that can derive required behaviour changes from student’s immature personality. Teacher is considered as a nation builder. So a satisfied and mentally healthy teacher is pivot in education system. Term job satisfaction has come in existence after Industrialization. Nowadays, it in fluencies every organization. Recently education system has also become an organization. Job satisfaction level of teacher influences mental health or teacher and effectiveness of teacher.
