IGNOU MESP-49 Project – Personality and Quality of Work Life of Teachers At Secondary School Level in Mumbai

Education is the foundation for development of individuals, society and the economy of a country. Education builds and transforms personalities and helps in attaining physical, psychological and mental well-being. Education is a tool empowering the beneficiaries to improve their judgment, decision making and quality of life. Education is attained through sharing of knowledge and teachers play an important role in passing on the knowledge to children and are responsible for making them responsible citizens. And the ability of the teachers to impart quality education depends on their Self Efficacy.
