Order on gullybaba.com Shopping was never this easy and fun as it is now with gullybaba. Just follow a few quick steps given below :-
1. Search for the product you are looking for, or click on the product category from the navigation tab on the left. You may also click on a product icon directly from the homepage.
From the search result page or from anywhere else on the site, select the product you would like to purchase.
2. You would reach the product description page
Go through the product profile page carefully. Please note product availability and product shipping estimates mentioned on the product page carefullly.
3. Once you have selected the product, enter the quantity you would like to purchase and click on the Add to Cart button on the right hand side as shown in the figure above.
This would take you to the Checkout page, where you can review your selection and proceed to checkout.
if you need more shopping then click on CONTINUE SHOPPING.
Gullybaba now requires you to register if you are a new user to gullybaba. Registering at Gullybaba is simple, just enter your Name, username and password and you are done.
Upon successful registration and login, you are taken to the Shipping Details page.
4. Enter shipping address. You need to enter the following :
(i) Phone Number
(ii) Your shipping address, and
(iii) Your Billing address (if different from shipping address)
(iv) Once you have completing entering data on this page you need to click on Make Payment link to proceed towards making a payment for the product(s).
5. Show a shipping charges. then continue.
6. Choose a payment option from the options mentioned, for example Netbanking/Credit Card/Debit Card, MO/PO Cheque/DD,Cash on Delivery, Paypal(Outside India), etc.
7. Click on Place Order to finish the process.
8. Your order will be placed the moment you make the payment. You will receive a message saying "Checkout Complete" on your screen.
9. You may view the order placed by you under Your Account section of the site.And a Already Paid Form link for filling & sending a payment transaction details.
10. You may view the order placed by you under Your Account section of the site.
Your order will be delivered within 4-10 days depending on the delivery location. Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforseen conditions including weather conditions, flight delays and etc at the courier company end.
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays
Partial orders can be delivered due to unavailability of certain items and incase of any refund for pre-paid orders of amount same will be initiated automatically and will reflect in your account in 7-10 business days.
The current logistics infrastructure in India today doesn't allow us to expedite further at this time

If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

The fine print
(i) You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below Rs. 500.
(ii) Free Shipping in India for orders above RS 500/- Otherwise shipping charges applicable.
(iii) Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
(iv) Shipping fee may apply on bulky or low priced items
(v) Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
(vi) We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.
1. For products shipped internationally, please note that the any manufacturer warranty may not be valid.
2. Products are not available out of range country list.
3. Manufacturer service options may not be available
4. Product manuals may not be in the destination country languages
5. The products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements
6. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
If the product is defective, damaged or lost in transit Gullybaba offers replacement at no additional charge to international customers. In other cases, we do not offer returns and replacements at this time
We calculate the delivery estimates by adding the estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes for a package to travel from our/merchants facilities to your destination address. This depends upon your delivery location and shipping option chosen by you. >The shipping estimate listed on the product page is the time taken to obtain the items for shipment, which in turn determines the estimated delivery time.
No, the orders shipped internationally, are subject to customs clearance procedures, hence there may be delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
You may track your package using the Order number mentioned in the shipping information for each of your orders.

No, currently we do not have Cash on Delivery on International orders.
You can select Cash on Delivery on an order if
1. Your selected products are available for Cash on Delivery.
2. Your location is serviceable by courier partners providing cash collection services. Generally we service all major locations in India (some remote locations might not be serviced).
3. You have a valid mobile number.
Please note that if your shopping cart has multiple items where some of the items are not eligible for Cash on Delivery, the payment option will not be available at check out.
