1. (क) उन चार स्तरों को परिभाषित कीजिए जिसके लिए लॉजिस्टिक्स सूचना आवश्यक है तथा एकीकृत सूचना प्रणाली के मुख्य विशेषताओं की व्याख्या कीजिए।
(ख) ऑर्डर प्रक्रमण को प्राथमिक लॉजिस्टिक्स क्रिया क्यों कहा गया है? यदि वह प्रभावशाली रूप से उपभोक्ता सेवा का प्रबंधन करता है तो प्रत्येक लॉजिस्टीशियन ( logistician) को इसमें सम्मिलित जिन उपक्रियाओं की जानकारी रखनी चाहिए उनका वर्णन कीजिए।

2. (क) भारतीय नौपरिवहन उद्योग द्वारा सामना की जा रही बाध्यताओं के संबंध में संक्षेप में विवेचन कीजिए ।
(ख) कन्टेनरीकरण का जहाज पर सामान भेजने वाला तथा जहाज मालिक को क्या लाभ होता है व्याख्या कीजिए। इसकी हानि की भी व्याख्या कीजिए, यदि कोई हो ?

(ख) जहाज के पंजीकरण के क्या लाभ हैं? एक भारतीय कंपनी ने एक नया जहाज खरीदा है, इसके पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया का संक्षेप में वर्णन कीजिए।

2. (क) चार्टरिंग व्यवस्था के विभिन्न रूपों के अंतर्गत जहाज मालिकों और चार्टररों के उत्तरदायित्वों की व्याख्या करें।
(ख) अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुद्री कपटों की रोकथाम और उनसे बचाव में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वाणिज्य चैंबर की भूमिका का वर्णन कीजिए ।

(क) ग्राहकों के वितरण माँग को पूरा करना, भौतिक वितरण व्यवस्था के सफलतापूर्वक प्रचालन की महत्वपूर्ण आवश्यकता है।
(ख) संगठित क्षेत्र में अंतर्देशीय परिवहन के विभिन्न प्रकारों में, भारत के परिवहन जाल में रेल परिवहन सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है ।
(ग) पिछले तीन दशकों के दौरान बहुप्रतिरूप परिवहन ने तेज प्रगति की है।'
(घ) जहाज मालिक और चार्टरर को कपट की घटनाओं से बचने का सर्वोतम तरीका है कि संबंधित पक्षों, जिनके साथ वे लेन-देन कर रहें है, अनुबंध करने से पूर्व की आवश्यक जानकारी कर लेनी चाहिए।
