What is total cost of ownership (TCO)? What are the different cost factors for computation of the TCO of any system? Explain. (10 Marks)

What is Portfolio Management? Explain different tools used to automate the portfolio management processes. (10 Marks)

What is an ERP? Explain, how an ERP is different from conventional packages? Also, explain different components of an ERP. (10 Marks)

Q7:

Explain the different advantages and disadvantages of Knowledge Management in Organisations. Also, explain different the role of business intelligence tools in different management levels. (10 Marks)

Q8:

Explain the different drawbacks of information technology development. How the information rules and rights will be useful to avoid these drawbacks. Also, propose some solutions to avoid these drawbacks and misuse of information technology. (10 Marks)
