5 A small garment-making unit has five
tailors stitching five different types of garments. All the five tailors are
capable of stitching all the five types of garments. The output per tailor and
the profit (Rs.) for each type of garment are given below:

SECTION B
6 A medium sized manufacturing organisation
has its corporate office at Chennai and office at 10 different locations in
India
.
The organisation has undertaken an ambitious plan to increase its turnover from
the present Rs. 50 crore to Rs. 150 crore in the next 5 years. One of the weak
links of the organisation has been the flow of information. The Managing
Director has given this assignment to you to improve the information system.
Prepare a concept paper which will give necessary
requirements of hardware, software, training, cost of implementation and
benefit to be received so that this could be discussed in the next board
