How can I order the books ? and When you dispatch the books after payment done ?

Answer1:
Method 1. By VPP(Cash on Delivery, Free Postage, Even 5% Extra money order commission payable to the postman will be paid by us.) : E-mail / post your complete address, name, subject code of the books, medium of the books and your tel. no. at gphbooks (att) gullybaba (dot) com. You can also SMS the details at Mobile No. - 09350849407.
You will receive the books within 7 to 12 days and you pay the money to the postman at the time of receiving the books.
Method 2. By Registered book post(Free Postage) : You have to pay in advance to get by this mode. To know about How to Pay CLICK HERE. Benefit of the mode is no postage charges are taken, and no hassle of paying to the postman while receiving the books. Delivery time 5 to 8 days.

Method 3. By Courier(Paid Postage): You have to pay in advance to get by this mode. To know about How to Pay CLICK HERE. Benefit of this mode is fastest delivery within 2 to 4 days. Rs. 25 extra per book is to be paid by you for courier charges within India. For overseas orders only courier mode is accepted. To know courier charges for your country CLICK HERE.

Payment Details to be sent to us :
(i) In Case of cash deposit : We accept cash in our some bank accounts. After depositing cash in our account, a student should email us these details: (amount deposited, date & time of deposit, bank branch where cash was deposited, his/her contact number, his/her city, subjects required).
When we will Dispatch : If a student emails us the scanned copy of the receipt that he/she gets from the bank after depositing cash, the query will be processed faster and the books will be sent on the next working day. Otherwise we will take 48 hours in processing the orders placed by CASH transactions.
(ii) In Case of Online Transfer : Do mention the transaction-ID which is provided after the amount is transferred from your a/c to our a/c.
When we will Dispatch : After confirming the transaction the order will be processed on the next working day. In some cases online transfer, EFT / NEFT may take more than 24 hrs. in that case we will take 48 hours to process the order.
(iii) In Case of DD / Cheque : After depositing a cheque at the bank or ATM, student should email us these details: (Cheque amount, Cheque number, his/her contact number, date of deposit, city in which the cheque is deposited, subjects required). If you are sending it by post then no need to provide details.
When we will Dispatch : In case of cheque order will be processed only after the cheque gets cleared and reflected in our account. It may take 2 to 4 days. In case of DD the order will be processed within 24 hrs.
In case a student does not get a reply from us within 24 hours ONLY then he/she should email us or call us again.

Question3: How long will it take for my book to arrive and what are the different modes by which I can get the books ?
 Answer3: Our highest priority is to ensure you get your books fast. We therefore use different shipping methods for different places. Please consult our table of shipping methods, charges and estimated shipping times for an estimate of how long your order should take to arrive. Also refer question 1.

Question4: Can You give any type of guarantee ?
