Question1: How can I order the books ? OR Can I order through VPP ?

Answer1:
Method 1. By VPP(Cash on Delivery, Free Postage) : E-mail / post your complete address, name, subject code of the books, medium of the books and your tel. no. at gphbooks (att) gullybaba (dot) com. You can also SMS the details at Mobile No. - 09350849407.
You will receive the books within 7 to 12 days and you pay the money to the postman at the time of receiving the books.
5% Extra payble for money order commission to the postman.
Method 2. By Registered book post(Free Postage) : You have to pay in advance to get by this mode. To know about How to Pay CLICK HERE. Benefit of the mode is no postage charges are taken, and no comission is to be paid the postman while receiving the books. Delivery time 5 to 8 days.

Method 3. By Courier(Paid Postage): You have to pay in advance to get by this mode. To know about How to Pay CLICK HERE. Benefit of this mode is fastest delivery within 2 to 4 days. Rs. 20 extra per book is to be paid by you for courier charges within India. For overseas orders only courier mode is accepted. To know courier charges for your country kindly email us at gphbooks (att) gullybaba (dot) com.

If you choose method 2 or 3 send complete details to get your order processed in time and without any problem.
E-mail / post your complete address, name, subject code of the books, medium of the books, your tel. no. and payment details.

Payment Details to be sent to us :
(i) In Case of cash deposit : We accept cash in our some bank accounts. After depositing cash in our account, a student should email us these details: (amount deposited, date & time of deposit, bank branch where cash was deposited, his/her contact number, his/her city, subjects required).
When we will Dispatch : If a student emails us the scanned copy of the receipt that he/she gets from the bank after depositing cash, the query will be processed faster and the books will be sent on the next working day. Otherwise we will take 48 hours in processing the orders placed by CASH transactions.
(ii) In Case of Online Transfer : Do mention the transaction-ID which is provided at the time of transferring the amount from your a/c to our a/c.
When we will Dispatch : After confirming the transaction the order will be processed on the next working day. In some cases online transfer, EFT / NEFT may take more than 24 hrs. in that case we will take 48 hours to process the order.
(ii) In Case of DD / Cheque : After depositing a cheque at the bank or ATM, student should email us these details: (Cheque amount, Cheque number, his/her contact number, date of deposit, city in which the cheque is deposited, subjects required). If you are sending it by post then no need to provide details.
When we will Dispatch : In case of cheque only the order will be processed only after the cheque gets cleared and reflected in our account. It may take 2 to 4 days. In case of DD the order will be processed within 24 hrs.
In case a student does not get a reply from us within 24 hours ONLY then he/she should email us or call us again.

Question3: Do you give any discount on bulk purchase ? ?

Answer2: YES, if you order atleast five copies of same subject then 60% discount is given. In case of MBA only 50%. If you order more than 10 copies of same subject then 65% discount is given. VPP orders donot comes under this offer as you have to pay in advance to avail this offer.

Question4: Can You give any type of guarantee ?
Answer3: Yes, ours is No. 1 books, to prove this we are providing money back guarantee. Just send the books back to us to get money back by money order. Condition is you have to tell us any other book for that subject better than ours.
